WEll the job hunt has started. Thanks to the state out sourcing our hotline (which I do believe will come back to bite them in the ass by ooohhh say the end of January if not sooner) I've finally started sending out applications. Sent out 8 the other day. One of them was a total pipe dream at over $3700 a month. But everyone said I was more than able to do the job, so I sent it off for giggles. I mean hey, working with clients and helping them get the services they need is what we do. I may have just a very small chance at it, but hey, it's a chance, and to bring home an extra $600 a month would be nice. The job in EMS I've been waiting to post is up as of yesterday and I'll be sending my app off for it. So that will make 9 apps out there. If I don't get this one is EMS maybe I'll get one of the other 2 jobs in the same bureau that I applied for.
